All products are sold by Our Lady’s Attic, a small resale and gift boutique offering secondhand and curated goods. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Product Condition & Description Many items are pre-loved or vintage and may show signs of age or wear. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each product. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or monitor. If you have any questions about an item’s condition, please contact us before purchasing.
Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
Shipping & Delivery Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. Once an item is shipped, tracking information will be provided (if applicable). Our Lady’s Attic is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of resale and vintage items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item was misrepresented in the description. If you believe your item was damaged in transit or misdescribed, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details.
Cancellations Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.
Local Pickup (if applicable) For customers choosing local pickup, items must be collected within 7 days of purchase unless prior arrangements are made. Uncollected orders may be canceled and restocked.
Gift Orders If you’re sending a gift, please note this at checkout. Gift packaging or personalized notes may be available upon request.
Privacy & Security Your personal information is used solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).
Limitation of Liability Our Lady’s Attic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with buying secondhand or vintage items.
